The first large-scale heat pump from LAMBDA Heat Pumps for residential, industrial, and commercial applications
With the EUREKA Magna EU35L, LAMBDA Heat Pumps is launching its first large-scale heat pump. This heat pump is designed for large-scale applications: residential construction, larger apartment buildings, industrial facilities, or commercial applications.

LAMBDA Magna Cascade Solution:
Cluster Set (EU35L)
For applications with higher power requirements, the LAMBDA Magna’s cascade solution offers a flexible and efficient way to integrate multiple heat pumps.
The cluster set for the LAMBDA Magna enables the hydraulic connection of two to a maximum of five EU35L heat pumps via a common manifold.
All connected heat pumps operate as a single hydraulic unit and always meet the same heating demand:
- Heating
- Cooling
- domestic hot water
With a cascade of up to five heat pumps, different cluster configurations can be implemented as needed.
Combination A
2 heat pumps are connected separately, and 3 heat pumps are grouped into a cluster of 3 --> Depending on the hydraulic design, the two heat pumps can heat, cool, or provide domestic hot water independently of one another, while the cluster of three, for example, serves only the heating demand.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Domestic hot water operation should be covered by as few heat pumps as possible, and these should be connected separately. This ensures that heating and domestic hot water operations can run simultaneously.
Combination B
Two heat pumps are combined into a cluster of two, and the remaining three into a cluster of three. Both clusters can heat, cool, or heat domestic hot water independently of each other, depending on the hydraulic design.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Domestic hot water operation should be handled by as few heat pumps as possible, and these should be connected separately. This ensures that heating and domestic hot water operation can take place simultaneously.
Package Contents and Cluster Set Components
The cluster sets can be ordered as ready-to-use, complete sets in the required sizes. The individual component sets (base, connecting pipe, and end flange sets) are assembled and delivered in the required quantities. Cluster sets are available for systems with two to a maximum of five heat pumps per cluster.
